Quality therapy made accessible! Morgan and Kyla are our intern’s who are accepting new clients at $50 per session — with no waitlist! Just scroll down to the no cost/low cost therapy at the bottom to book! Support offered for ages 8+ for individual, couples, or family counselling.
Use Wait List Option If you don’t see a time that works, just add yourself to the waitlist, and we’ll be notified if a spot opens up in your preferred time slot. Or book a virtual appointment (even if you usually just do in person).
Play Therapy for children/teen ages 4 and up- Child-centered approach that helps children express their feelings, work through challenges, and build their confidence through play. Please select the Child/Teen Appointment option in Red Deer to book.
Teddy (nonshedding and hypoallergic) in training Therapy Dog may be on-site.

This means you’ll receive caring, professional support with the added benefit of oversight from an experienced clinician. Because these are low-cost sessions, insurance billing cannot be used. I look forward to creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and valued as we work together on your goals.
